Registered Nurse / RN Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established HospiceHome Care organization. They have current openings for RN’s to do home visits in Kalamazoo County and surrounding areas. Experience in Medicare certified Hospice is ideal, however, candidates with Home Health Med-surg, ER, or ICU experience will be considered. Shift information below. Local candidates a must.
Registered Nurse / RN Job Requirements- Hospice, Home Health, Med-surg, ER, or ICU experience.
- Registered Nurse with Michigan license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Scheduling: 12-hour shifts on a 3 days/week, 4 days/week rotation.
Registered Nurse / RN Job Responsibilities- Provide assessments and quality end-of-life care in the patient's home.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Oversight of C.N.A’s and other assigned staff.
