A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse – Hospice in the Bernards, NJ 07920 area.
The RN – Hospice would be working for a homecare and hospice agency and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, 40+ hours per week.

Registered Nurse – Hospice Compensation
• Pay up to $62 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Registered Nurse – Hospice Highlights
• Required availability: 11am–7pm, every other weekend
Registered Nurse – Hospice Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans
• Case management and prioritization of patient needs
• Medication reconciliation and safe medication management
• Ensure appropriate utilization of services and follow scheduling processes
• Interdisciplinary team communication, attend biweekly IDT meetings
• Complete admission, re-visit, and discharge documentation per standards
• Provide patient/family education using age-appropriate teaching methods
• Participate in performance improvement programs, mentoring, and orientation of new staff
• Maintain safe environment and follow infection control measures
• Assist with agency growth and cross-training initiatives
Registered Nurse – Hospice Requirements
• 2+ years RN experience in home hospice environment
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
• BLS certification
• Experience with EMR systems, excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Registered Nurse – Hospice Preferences
• 3+ years RN experience
• Previous GIP experience within a hospital setting
