INTEGRIS Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Hospice physician to support Metro Oklahoma City Hospice Services. The successful candidate will join our engaged interdisciplinary team and exhibit expertise in the provision of high-quality hospice care.

- Oklahoma MD or DO license (presently have)
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Fellowship in Hospice & Palliative Care preferred though not required
Responsibilities include:
- Physician oversight for Medicare and Medicaid hospice programs, ensuring that medical care is provided in accordance with federal Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and quality standards
- Provide hospice and palliative care consultations for inpatient and home hospice settings
- Engagement with Quality metrics including Hospice Determinations, Diagnosis Relatedness, CTI completions, KPIs
- Lead discussions regarding goals of care, advance care planning and symptom management
- Inpatient/outpatient rounding and oversight, medication orders, admissions, IDG coverage weekly, and call coverage (added call compensation)
- Participate in care transitions and coordination across the continuum of care
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, chaplaincy, pharmacy and case management
- Shared call coverage with supportive physician team
- Rotations at Hospice House in NW OKC - 12 bed unit (shared among several physicians)
