Health First is seeking a compassionate Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join a growing, team-based program delivering care across home and inpatient settings on Floridas Space Coast.
Position Details
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 4-6 patients per day
- Home-based care + inpatient coverage (Palm Bay Hospital & 16-bed hospice house)
- 1:3 call rotation with 2 days off post-call
- Full-time, employed position
Practice Setting
Join an established hospice and palliative care program supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including RNs, APPs, social workers, chaplains, and administrative staff.

Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Hospice & Palliative Medicine fellowship preferred
