Marketing Specialist to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers. The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing patient referrals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral sources
- Promote Home Health and Hospice services
- Conduct facility visits and presentations
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Meet referral and marketing goals
Qualifications:
- Home Health or Hospice marketing experience preferred
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
