Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and monitor effective marketing initiatives and content across various channels. Collaborates with Marketing Manager in the coordination and implementation of company marketing activities efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives and goals.
Essential Duties:
Develop and publish marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Create content and copy for company communication efforts (Blogs, Newsletter, Intranet, LMS).
Design marketing collateral (both print & digital), brochures, and other promotional content.
Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including website management, Google advertising, and SEO.
Support the administration of the company intranet and learning management systems.
Assist in the development of strategic marketing initiatives that contribute to customer acquisition and retention.
Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and strategies.
Implement marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights.
Monitor online listings, reputation, and review generation involving Google Business Profile and Birdeye.
Organize and maintain project files, visual assets, spreadsheets, and other project resources.
Prepare and analyze strategic reports for campaigns, lead magnets, and marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative support, including printing, shipping, presentations, and other special projects.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual marketing projects and campaigns.
Create visual aids, PowerPoint presentations and training material needed for eLearning purposes.
Support with Social Media efforts, including designing visuals for posts and monthly strategy.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times due to the access to sensitive information.
Maintain regular, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department.
Follow all Medicare, Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a related field required.
2-3 years of in-house marketing experience; multi-site or healthcare experience is preferred.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop); experience with Premier Pro is a plus.
Previous graphic design experience is preferred.
Experience with Canva, Wordpress, Google Ads, Facebook/META.
HubSpot or CRM experience a plus.
Proficient in Outlook, MS Office including Word, Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in cross-functional groups.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven on measurable results
