    Job Title:Hospice CNA | The Best Part of Someone's Day

    Compensation:$19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus

    Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff

    Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation

    Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

    What You'll Do

    • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
    • Monitor comfort and report changes in condition to the hospice nurse.
    • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
    • Help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent whenever possible.
    • Communicate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
    • Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Current Minnesota CNA certification.
    • Experience in hospice preferred, but home care, long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or oncology experience is also valued.
    • Warm, dependable, and patient-centered.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
