Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and hygiene
Follow CNA standards of care including infection control
Observe and report changes in condition (ex: skin breakdown, new complaints) to the RN/SN
Support basic household tasks as needed (making beds, laundry, dishes, meal prep)
Provide guidance to families on nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities as appropriate
Maintain accurate communication and teamwork in a hospice environment

Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23452 (Onsite/field-based in the community)
· Coverage Area: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake
Pay: $16.86/hr.
· Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43/mile
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (no on-call)
Productivity expectation: 32-34 visits per week
