The Hospice Clinical Team Manager - Home Health is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality and business activities. The CTM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the oversight of the Program Director.
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.
Required License / Certifications:
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant post-acute or hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
