Identifies trends in the health care areas and develops/coordinates curriculum to maintain clinical competencies Collaborates with management to implement and evaluate programs ensuring clinical disciplines have the necessary clinical competencies. Trains clinical staff to ensure proficiency in the organization's EMR. Assists management with developing and coordinating clinical orientations across affiliates. Develops, facilitates, and/or provides in-service offerings as needed to assist clinical disciplines in performing job functions and evaluates effectiveness of in-service programs and educators involved. Develops, facilitates, and/or provides in-service offerings to assist clinical specialty service development and delivery. Assists in quality and documentation audits Acts as a clinical resource to staff and management.
