Physical Requirements
This position requires occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50lbs.; standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 lbs.; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasional job-related travel.
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; as an exempt-level position, some evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required in order to meet departmental business needs.
Job Summary
UK HealthCare is seeking a Hosp Performance Specialist to support performance monitoring and data reporting across the Enterprise. This position will develop and maintain the infrastructure to monitor and analyze internal and external environment quality and safety data (e.g. CMS Star Program, Leapfrog Safety Grades, etc.) and enterprise benchmark reporting. They will serve as a data and analytics liaison, ensuring data integrity and reliability across multiple systems and teams.
This is a hybrid position.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of healthcare quality and safety measurement; proficiency with databases and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint); effective written and verbal communication skills; and excellent attention to detail.
