This role involves managing irrigation, implementing pest control, supporting holiday décor, and assisting culinary staff with herb and vegetable gardens. The position includes scheduling, training, and leading a small gardening team to ensure high standards of plant health and safety.
Qualifications include a 2–4 year degree in Horticulture or related experience, with 1–2 years preferred. The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physical tasks with tools and equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential. The role offers a dynamic outdoor environment and demands physical activity such as lifting and bending.
