Requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in horticulture or related fields, with at least one year of interior landscape and supervisory experience preferred.
Skills include horticultural knowledge, plant care, safety adherence, and effective communication.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 40 pounds, and travel for events.
