Hoods 1st Shift

Essential Functions:

· Prompt and reliable attendance

· Work required overtime schedules

· Comply with all safety requirements

· Clean work areas and machinery applying 6S methods

· Communicate with and provide feedback to co-workers, Team Leaders, Group Leaders, engineers, management and others as necessary

· Obtain necessary information to complete orders

· Read work instructions

· Indentify parts, product styles and materials

· Inspect parts and product for quality standards

· Obtain and move parts, bins and totes to work areas

· Operate snap machine

· Operate hot stamp machine

· Operate cutting machine

· Operate sealer

· Operate sewing machine

· Test products for conformance

· Record testing data accurately

· Package finished product for shipment

· Verify that product and quantity are correct per order specifications

· Apply proper order labeling to shipment boxes

· Physical Requirements:

· An employee may be required to perform the following functions all or a considerable part of their work day:

· Seeing (Acuity-near) --Turning or twisting

· Handling --Fingering

· Eye-hand-foot coordination --Feeling

· Ordinary communication --Sitting

· Ordinary hearing --Standing
