Now hiring: Honda Automotive Technician (Excellent Pay + Comprehensive Benefits). Motor Werks is seeking a skilled, experienced Honda Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential safety or performance concerns.
• Complete complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repair recommendations and estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Stay current on Honda technical bulletins and training to remain proficient with the latest technology.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Honda experience preferred).
• ASE certification and/or equivalent technical training strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability, including complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Proficiency with Honda diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

$35 - $45 an hour

Salary is based on experience and performance - there are opportunities for bonuses and or commissions.
