We are looking for a reliable and organized Homecare Manager to join our team in the Houston. This role plays a key part in coordinating in-home care services for veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining strong communication with caregivers, families, and VA partners.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily homecare operations including scheduling, staffing, and service coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for VA referrals and communication with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
- Coordinate intake and onboarding for new veteran clients, ensuring smooth start-of-care processes
- Communicate regularly with VA case managers, social workers, clients, and families
- Supervise caregivers and ensure care plans are being followed properly
- Review documentation, visit notes, and timesheets for accuracy and compliance
- Respond quickly to scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent client needs
- Help maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and VA requirements
- Build strong working relationships with local referral partners in the Houston area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in homecare, healthcare coordination, office management, or similar field
- Experience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or veteran programs is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising caregivers or direct care staff is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
