DESCRIPTIONEagle Quest, an organization serving at-risk and/or disadvantaged youth and their families, is searching for a Home Support Specialist with social work experience, the ability to work with a variety of people with diverse socio-economic background and temperaments, for Full-Time or Part-Time hourly position for our THRIVE Program. The current shifts available are for graveyard and swing shift.DUTIES:Facilitating service scheduling for providers within the homeFacilitating Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR), as well as self-care, social, and communication skills training and mentoring with clienteleResponsible for providing a safe and secure environment and attending client's physical needsCoordinating recreational activities with adolescents in a residential programResponsible for documenting services provided for Medicaid reportingAssisting with client and appointment transportation in our company vehicleREQUIREMENTS:Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.Excellent communication and organization skillsFlexible schedule including evenings and weekendsPass FBI and Interstate background checks at candidate's expense (reimbursable after employed)Valid Nevada driver's license (must obtain within 30 days)PREFERRED:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any of the following fields: Psychology, Sociology, Community Health Sciences, Health Ecology, Public Health, Social Work, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Speech Pathology, or Anthropology (Required to be considered a QMHA)At least one year of experience working with youth and family preservation type programs (higher level of care experience preferred)We offer:Competitive wage401(k) with Company MatchingPaid Time OffPaid Holidays to all full-time employeesHealth insurance to include medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental coverages to all full-time employeesEagle Quest – A Great Place to WorkAt Eagle Quest, we strive every day to fulfill our mission: help members of our community reach new heights through quality behavioral healthcare and unmatched customer service.
