Home Sleep Testing Tech - Entry Level

About the Position:

This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients in the use of a home sleep testing device.

Primary duties consist of:

• Issue, and explain the use of, home sleep testing equipment to patients.

• Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams.

• Electronic medical record entry.

• Clean home sleep testing equipment.

• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• HS diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office); Ability to learn new software quickly
• Organized and detail oriented
• Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
