About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Home Services Technician who is positive, dependable, and ready to create timely and reliable home improvements which includes the following activities:
· Complete repairs and improvements such as carpentry, painting, light electrical, and plumbing
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Support for a culture of punctuality, strong work ethic, and exceptional client service
About our Ideal Candidate skills:
· Effective verbal communication which supports respect and professionalism with clients, employees, business partners, and ownership
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
· Prior experience with home repairs
· Physical stamina to handle certain job responsibilities including standing on ladders, lifting materials overhead, carrying heavy materials
· Attention to detail necessary for accurate repairs and improvements
· Experience with problem solving, analytical skills, and conflict management
· Willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift 80 pounds
· Ability to provide certain personal equipment including tape measure, pencil, screwdriver (flathead/Phillips), hammer, pliers
