Home Services Technician – Full Time

ShieldPro Home Services is a growing home improvement company serving homeowners throughout the St. Louis area. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking technicians who want steady work, real skill growth, and a clear path to higher pay and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Perform home repairs and maintenance including carpentry, painting, light electrical, and basic plumbing
• Arrive on time and represent the company professionally at customer homes
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being done
• Learn new skills through paid, on-the-job training

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work on your feet
• Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Home repair or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

• $17–$22/hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shift
• Includes Saturdays (weekday schedule adjusted to maintain 40 hours)
