Job Overview
As a Home Services Technician, you play a key role in helping patients receive the medical equipment they need to stay safe and comfortable at home. You’ll deliver and pick up durable medical equipment directly from patients’ homes, ensuring each item is safe, functional, and ready for use.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver and pick up medical equipment in patients’ homes in a safe and timely manner
- Inspect equipment to ensure it is clean, functional, and ready for use before delivery or pickup
- Safely load, unload, and transport medical equipment (heavy lifting required)
- Use a computer/tablet to manage delivery schedules, documentation, and service updates
- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal team members
- Follow all safety procedures, driving regulations, and company protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends as needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of customer service and safety
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Clean driving record (verified by Motor Vehicle Report)
- Computer literacy and ability to use a tablet or mobile device for documentation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
- Must be available for on-call evenings and weekends
- Must maintain reliable cell phone availability as a condition of employment
Preferred:
- Previous experience driving a commercial van or similar vehicle
- Experience in delivery, logistics, healthcare equipment, or customer service roles
