Home Repair Program Manager
Housing Services Core | SNAP 

SNAP is seeking a qualified individual for a Home Repair Program Manager position to work in SNAP’s Housing Services Core. This position is full-time (40 hours per week), regular, and open to all qualified individuals.

The Home Repair Program Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting SNAP’s mission by overseeing programs that help low-income homeowners maintain safe, healthy, and stable housing. This role manages program operations, supervises staff, and ensures effective stewardship of public and private funding that supports critical home repair services in our community.

Starting Salary: $26.93 – $30.14 per hour (DOE)
Full Salary Range: $26.93 – $42.41 per hour

Position Summary

The Home Repair Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for SNAP’s Minor Home Repair (MHR), HEAR, and HEAP programs. This position is responsible for program operations, grant management, staff supervision, and financial performance to ensure the programs effectively serve community members while meeting all funder and compliance requirements.

This role works collaboratively with internal teams, community partners, and funding agencies to ensure high-quality services that help homeowners maintain safe and livable housing.
