Seeking a motivated home inspector to join a reputable inspection team serving the Phoenix area.
Must have completed NHIE for apprenticeship eligibility and obtain an Arizona home inspection license to become a full inspector.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive property inspections for pre-purchase, pre-listing, and maintenance purposes, including assessments for mold, radon, and termites.
Perform inspections in attics, crawl spaces, and on roofs, requiring physical ability to lift 50 pounds and differentiate colors.
Qualifications include experience in property inspection, strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
