A growing home infusion pharmacy in South Boston is looking for a clinically driven Staff Pharmacist to join its team. This is a patient-facing role focused on the safe, effective delivery of infusion therapies in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with nurses, pharmacy technicians, and care teams to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:
• Verify prescriptions and ensure clinical appropriateness of infusion therapies
• Monitor drug interactions and communicate with prescribers and patients
• Oversee sterile compounding under USP <797> and <800>
• Ensure compliance with labeling, lot tracking, and documentation protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage inventory
• Support quality initiatives and regulatory readiness

What You Bring:
• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license
• 2+ years in sterile compounding or infusion
• Familiarity with CPR+ or TherigySTM systems
