Home Infusion Account Liaison

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

Licensure, Registration, Certification One of the following:

• Current Alabama RN license
• Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

Desired Qualifications:

1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience working with home and specialty pharmacy infusion functions

Collaborates with ambulatory infusion suites, payers, physicians, clinicians, referral sources, home health agencies, and partner pharmacy/CarepathRX teams to facilitate patient discharge and coordination of care to the home.
