Job Description:

We are seeking a Home Improvement exceptional Sales Manager Salesperson to join our RollShield team! You will receive all of your leads from the company. We pay weekly. All existing salesmen make over $100,000.00 annually.

We manufacture, sell and install all hurricane shutters, windows, doors, security shutters and Crimsafe Security, Hurricane screens, sunrooms, screen rooms, retractable solar, bug and hurricane screens. Our top earners make 150-250 k a year. We provide warm local leads! Uncapped Commision!! Monthly bonus and spiffs!!! Multiple divisions (Shutters, Patio, sunroom, windows and doors) Competive pay based on experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Follow up and follow through with customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home improvement sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
