Home Improvement Production Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in insulation/weatherization of homes/buildings;
• Experience with managing multiple member crew/teams;
• Valid and clean Drivers License;
• BPI certifications, tool and systems mastery;
• Comfortable in the field and the office;
• Dedication to the job and your customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrate production flow with precision: Schedule and optimize 20+ jobs weekly across crews, balancing resources for maximum sacred impact while maintaining integrity.
• Champion enterprise safety & quality: Lead safety protocols, quality assurance, photo documentation, and BPI/NYSERDA compliance so every installation exceeds standards.
• Manage materials and logistics like a steward: Ensure the right insulation, tools, and supplies flow seamlessly to every jobsite – minimizing waste and downtime.
• Develop leaders and multiply talent: Mentor Crew Leaders, provide training, build high-morale teams, and help everyone grow in their natural strengths.
• Drive metrics & continuous improvement: Track key production KPIs, solve bottlenecks with discernment, and innovate smarter processes that honor our reputation.
• Delight through seamless coordination: Partner with Outreach and Assessment teams to create frictionless journeys from lead to completed home transformation.
