Calm Water and Bath is hiring a full-time Home Improvement Canvasser - Salesperson in South Jersey. This is an on-site, full-time sales job. You will work evening and night shifts, usually from 3 pm to 8 pm, depending on the season, and you will also work on weekends. You will be out in neighborhoods across South Jersey.

As a Home Improvement Canvasser - Salesperson, you will go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and talk with homeowners about Calm Water & Bath. You will have friendly, respectful conversations and explain what we offer for bath remodeling. You will look for people who are interested, write down their information, and set up appointments when possible. You will keep track of how many people you talk to each day and what results you get. With training, scripts, and help from leaders, you will learn how to talk to people, stay confident, and become more resilient.
