Home Hospice Liaison / Marketer

Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Hospice Liaison / Marketer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building referral partnerships, and helping patients and families understand the benefits of hospice care.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, discharge planners, and clinical staff
• Increase hospice referrals and admissions
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice services
• Educate referral sources on the benefits of early and appropriate hospice referrals
• Represent the organization professionally in the community

Monthly Bonus Structure:13–15 admits: $200 each46–20 admits: $250 each41+ admits: $300 each

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of home hospice experience
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales
• Medical setting marketing or liaison roles
