We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Saginaw area.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations assessing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function, developing individualized treatment plans to support safety, independence, and quality of life
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
- Work independently, but never alone
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

SLP Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
- One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
