We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping patients regain communication skills, confidence, and independence — all in the comfort of their own homes.

Provide speech and language therapy services in patients’ homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families to encourage progress between visits
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our user-friendly EMR system
Active Nevada SLP license and required certifications
Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)
Comfort using tablets and EMR systems
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
