Home Health RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our growing Home Health team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes—making a meaningful impact on their health and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and disease management

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• ActiveRN Licensein the state of Pennsylvania

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or higher)

• Minimum1+ year of RN experience(Home Health experience preferred)

• BLS & CPR Certification(assistance provided if needed)

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday – Friday

• Flexible scheduling

• No long shifts and minimal weekend requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• $10,000 bonus(paid quarterly)
