Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license; CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of home health care experience; previous management or supervisory experience preferred; experience supervising nursing staff and aides
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and lead a team; excellent communication and organizational skills; reliable transportation and ability to travel within the county
