We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our growing Home Health team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes—making a meaningful impact on their health and independence.

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and disease management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
ActiveRN Licensein the state of Pennsylvania
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or higher)
Minimum1+ year of RN experience(Home Health experience preferred)
BLS & CPR Certification(assistance provided if needed)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Full-time, Monday – Friday
Flexible scheduling
No long shifts and minimal weekend requirements
Pay-Per-Visit compensation model
$10,000 bonus(paid quarterly)
