Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse for our client in Austintown, OH!
Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours a week
Pay: $52 to $55/hr
Location: Coverage Areas- Counties: Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull, some of Portage (Garretsville, Windham, Deerfield, Atwater, Nelson, Palmyra, Paris)
· On Call/Weekend Requirement: On call 2-3x week, every 3rd weekend (sat & sun) with on call
· Mileage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse:
OASIS visits
Patient care
Wound care
Medication education
IV care
Disease process education
Direct patient care & charting, productivity expectation, on-call, weekends, weekly conference/meetings, daily frequent communication between clinicians and office
Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
CPR Certification
Recent home health experience required.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation system preferred.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned coverage area.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
