Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual | Home Health Supervisor (PRN / Per Visit)

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a home health supervisory role. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and relationship-building in the field.
About the Role
This is not a traditional skilled nursing position. Instead, this RN will operate in a clinical oversight and care coordination capacity, supporting caregivers and ensuring quality patient care across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
You will have a designated "home" office but will primarily work in the field managing your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance
Develop, review, and update individualized care plans for clients
Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and provide guidance as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, scheduling, HR) to support patient care continuity
Monitor patient progress and address any care concerns proactively
Qualifications
Active Florida RN license (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health or supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a territory and work independently in the field
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Documents Required
Active Level 2 Background Screening (FL Clearinghouse)
Florida RN License
In-person CPR Certification
TB Test (within last 12 months)
Nursing Degree
