At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, we've been locally owned and part of this community since 1999. Our staff volunteers with Meals on Wheels, we host monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees through our hospice program, and we show up for this city the same way we show up for our patients.
What you'll earn
Full time: $40 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Part time: $35 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Weekly pay every Friday.

What you'll do
Provide skilled nursing care in the home following discharge from a hospital, rehab, or nursing facility
Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the physician
Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides supporting your patients
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home safety
Coordinate care goals and manage discharge from services
What we're looking for
Active RN license in Oklahoma
At least one year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
Reliable transportation
