We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Supervisor for our Mom/Baby Program. This leadership role combines direct family support with clinical oversight, mentorship, quality monitoring, and program development for nurse home visiting services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home nurse visits to postpartum mothers, newborns, and families
- Supervise and support Nurse Home Visitors within the program
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical mentorship
- Ensure documentation accuracy, program compliance, and quality standards
- Collaborate with hospitals, providers, community agencies, and referral sources
- Participate in case reviews, care coordination, and program planning
- Promote positive maternal and infant health outcomes through education and support
- Support community outreach events, family engagement activities, and program growth
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Maternal-child, postpartum, pediatric, NICU, labor & delivery, community health, or home health experience preferred
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or preceptor experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, family-centered approach to care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
