Job Summary and Qualifications Successfully markets and positions HCA Healthcare at Home/HCA Hospice & Family Care programming within assigned geography. Foster internal relationships between Business Development, Clinical and Operational teams to enhance teamwork and generate referral relationships Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a referral resulting in market share growth. Oversees the weekly sales and marketing plans as well as the use of each agency's marketing dollars to assure optimal exposure and maximum efficiencies. Coordinates planning and use of marketing budget dollars to create shared efficiencies in media. Monitors marketing and sales performance expectations. Assesses the skills and abilities of each HHC/HCC. Coaches, trains and motivates as appropriate to achieve success. Reviews and analyzes weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to ensure accuracy of the information and to make recommendations for necessary changes. Fosters, develops and maintains positive and effective relationships with community leaders, churches, and other potential referral sources, along with traditional referral sources. Participates in each branch's strategic planning, for the purpose of aligning sales and marketing with overall branch goals. What qualifications you will need: Bachelors Degree Frequent car and air travel require the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel 70% of the time by air or car. Minimum five years of experience in healthcare sales management to include leading/managing multiple sales representatives. Minimum of two years' experience in hospice care, home health care, or similar healthcare field.
