Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time Hiring Bonus

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Alameda County.

In this role, you'll provide in-home physical therapy visits to patients in their homes, working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a supportive local clinical team. What Youll Do:

Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PTA Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
