Your Role:
- Deliver skilled PTA services in patients’ homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Carry out customized treatment plans
- Educate patients & caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety
- Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve positive patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
- Florida PTA license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Home health experience is a plus
