    Summary:

    The physical therapist evaluates and provides family-oriented services to the home health patient with neurological, musculoskeletal, cardio-pulmonary impairments; gross motor, sensorimotor, and developmental delays; as well as traumatic injuries and orthopedic disorders. This includes patient and caregiver education and consultation to other professionals, clinics or agencies.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

    • 1-year pediatric experience preferred

    Certification/Licensure:

    • CPR certification

    • State license for physical therapy or licensure eligible

    • Current Texas driver's license in good standing
