Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Home Health Marketing Liaison to support our continued growth in the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with an established network and a strong track record in home health or healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Utilize your existing relationships to generate referrals and drive patient admissions
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed targets
- Marketing & Outreach: Represent Dependable Nursing through presentations, meetings, and community events
- Client Support: Ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement with referral partners
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven success in home health or healthcare sales
- Established book of business and referral network
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer sources preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience) + commission
