  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent required
  • A combination of post high-school education and 6 years of recent relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree requirement, with HR Compensation approval and provided the individual commits to pursuing and completing the graduate degree within a specified time frame.
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington
  • Minimum three years recent home health experience required
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role, two years of previous supervisory experience preferred.

Position Summary

The Supervisor of Home Health Clinical is an excellent leadership opportunity overseeing consistent delivery of quality home health care and services. You will utilize independent clinical decision-making capacities every day while engaged in dynamic and ever-changing work projects.



Responsibilities


  • You will support ongoing development and implementation of effective activity programs for the patient participants
  • You will create a calm and cohesive work environment
  • You will have hybrid functions across operational and patient care services
  • You will apply your independent thinking, creativity, conceptual planning and development skills to all work tasks



Requirements


  • Current Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington State
  • If Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL): Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Three (3) years recent Home Health experience
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Current Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington State
  • If Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL): Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $116,272.00 - $167,336.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
