Residential Home Health is seeking a CLINICAL DIRECTOR who will serve as the Operational and Clinical Leader of our Home Health Team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys coaching others, coordinating multiple moving parts, solving complex challenges, and ensuring exceptional patient care through strong leadership and accountability.

What You'll Do:
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinical team members.

Coordinate clinical operations to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Identify issues quickly and develop practical, patient-centered solutions.
Analyze situations, gather input from stakeholders, and make sound decisions.
Facilitate communication between departments, clinicians, physicians, and leadership.
Manage competing priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Lead change initiatives and help teams successfully adapt to new processes and expectations.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) License PREFERRED.
Previous leadership experience in Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Operations, or Clinical Management.
Demonstrated success leading teams and improving performance.
Experience managing Clinical Operations, Compliance, Quality, and Patient Outcomes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
