KNK Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Home Health Care Aide Contractor to meet the needs of our client in the Liberty Township, Ohio area.

Targeted Pay Range: Pay:  $15hr. to $20hr. (1099 contractor pay, varies with skills, education, and experience)

Schedule: Weekday Shifts( Saturday and Sunday)  10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Your Role:
As a Home Health Care Aide Contractor, you will provide hands-on care, monitor changes, and maintain the environment for the client’s daily comfort. You’ll be the “eyes and ears” on the front line. Your role is not just about healthcare; it's about honoring the lives and stories of those you care for, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.

What You'll Do:
  • Follow the Care Receiver’s plan of care (a document created by the healthcare team that outlines the client’s care receiver’s specific needs, goals, and authorized tasks.
  • Provide personal care assistance (help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing)
  • Encourage and enable the client’s care receivers to perform as many tasks as safely possible, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assists with walking, using mobility aids (example, canes, walkers, wheelchairs), and transferring from bed to chair.
  • Provide a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundering linens, and organizing
  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals in line with dietary guidelines from the plan of care.
  • Monitor vital signs (if trained and assigned). Note any changes in the client’s care receiver’s condition, and communicate observations to the supervising nurse or case manager.
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
  • Be attentive to the client’s emotional well-being and share any concerns with the team.

What We're Looking For:
  • A heart full of compassion and a readiness to make a difference
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Cincinnati and/or Dayton areas
  • Availability to work in patients' homes. Previous home health care experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Prefer a High School Diploma or GED educational background
  • A personal understanding of how impactful compassionate care can be to the wellbeing of others
