Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Billing Executive Assistant to support billing leadership and assist with day-to-day home health billing operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Medicare home health billing and hands-on experience with WellSky (Kinnser). Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to billing leadership
• Assist with home health billing processes, including claim submission, corrections, and follow-up
• Work directly in **WellSky (Kinnser)** to review, track, and support billing workflows
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR), denials, and billing issue resolution
• Coordinate with clinical, intake, and administrative teams to obtain missing documentation
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and billing-related projects
• Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement in compliance with Medicare guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Home Health billing experience
• At least 1 year of WellSky (Kinnser) experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare home health billing regulations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
