Home Health Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/ RN Case Manager FT salary of $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 DOE Previous home health, case management and oasis experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge on wound care, IV and infusions. Job Summary BrightStar Care of Greater Austin is looking for a full-time Home Health Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our growing team. We are seeking highly motivated and professional applicants with prior home health experience and a compassionate sense of urgency. What You'll Do: * Oversee all clinical aspects of the Austin-based BrightStar Care agency * Ensure compliance and safety are adhered on a consistent basis * Maintain a growth trajectory and adhere to goals as indicated by Leadership * Provide on-going communications to Leadership * Other duties as assigned What We'll Love About You: * Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Home Health * Registered Nurse (RN) with unencumbered license in the state of Texas * Strong electronic documentation and follow-up skills required * Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EMR system * Strong working knowledge Medicare processes and compliance * Willing to be on an On-Call rotation and attend off-site meetings as required What You'll Love About Us: * Weekly direct deposits! * Great benefits with health/dental insurance and PTO accrual * PTO / Paid Holidays * Great team and clients We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
