Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Assist with shopping and grocery trips
- Monitor client well-being and report concerns to the office
- Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
Qualifications
All Applicants Must Have:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Authorization to work in the United States
For HHA Positions:
- Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certificate preferred
