Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Part-Time | $16/hr | Hilliard, OH
BrightStar Care is seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Hilliard, OH. This is a consistent part-time schedule with a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Client Overview:
Client with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Occasional mood swings – requires patience and professionalism
In-home care setting
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment
Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Requirements:
Experience with TBI, behavioral care, or similar conditions preferred
Ability to remain calm and supportive during mood changes
Must stay engaged and attentive (no cellphone use during shifts)
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication skills
